Keith Rodwell BA (Hons), BArch (Hons), MCD, FRSA, ARB

Keith trained as an architect and has a masters degree in planning.

Prior to joining Franc Warwick, Keith was with the logistics specialist Helios Properties plc, and was responsible for the Helioslough joint venture with Segro, prior to which he was a Development Director with Burford Group.

Keith currently runs Franc Warwick Asset Management Limited, which provides asset management and development advice to a wide range of Clients.

Since joining Franc Warwick, projects have included developing and delivering business plans for assets in Central London and Birmingham to ready them for sale.
