Josh joined Franc Warwick in 2011 having previous worked for a Middle Eastern family run property company, where he was responsible for UK property. Prior to this he completed an Undergraduate degree in Real Estate at the University of Reading.
Josh has sourced and managed transactions including the successful acquisition and debt structuring of a £15m multi-sector portfolio for a Saudi based investor.
